THERE WILL BE NO RE-ENTRY AFTER YOU EXIT THIS EVENT.

Admission: Your bar-coded ticket is required to enter the Main Gate. Your electronic bar-coded ticket will be scanned at the Main Gate. All tickets are void once scanned for the particular day you are entering the concert. All tickets are non-transferable among individuals.

Alcohol: NEW FOR 2010 – EVERYONE THAT WISHES TO DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ONCE INSIDE THE MUSIC FESTIVAL GATES MUST GO TO THE ASSIGNED LOCATIONS AND GET A WRIST BAND FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. ANYONE WITHOUT A WRIST BAND NO MATTER YOUR AGE WILL NOT BE SERVED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT GIVING ALCOHOL TO ANYONE UNDERAGE OR IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE AND CAUGHT DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
Beverages and Food: Sorry, no outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed. However a wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including soda, beer, margaritas, and mixed drinks are available inside the concert area. Cold bottled water is also for sale at the event.
Cameras: Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.
Camping: RV and tent camping is available on site. Campsites are 20-feet by 50-feet. Fee is per site, not per person, and includes one vehicle. Your camping passes and additional vehicle parking passes are sold on line. They will also be available for purchase from your camp host the day of the event. All vehicles must fit within your campsite.
Chairs: Remember the concert features open seating. General admission ticket holders can sit in the grandstands, or you can bring a lawn chair for the arena or you can stand. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are acceptable. No lounge chairs are allowed. No foot-rest style chairs. Blanket seating is not allowed. No wagons, chair caddies, etc will be allowed into the concert. No carry in chairs are allowed in the Golden Circle. Strollers and Lounge chairs are not allowed. NEW FOR 2010, CHAIRS ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS OF THE ARENA.
Children: Children 3 years of age and under are free of charge. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Entry: NEW FOR 2010, A NEW 2 DAY TICKET THAT WILL BE SCANNED BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOR ADDMITTANCE INTO THE CONCERT, WRIST BAND WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED AS THE SATURDAY NIGHT TICKET. YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TICKETS, THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF MASON VALLEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISPLACED OR STOLEN TICKETS.

First Aid: First aid will be available by EMT’s who will be present on the festival grounds.
Future Events: The last full weekend in July of each year

Gates: Please keep in mind that long lines form at the gates prior to the shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long line up. Gate opening times TBA. These times may vary depending on artists' sound check. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.

Handicapped: We make every attempt to make facilities handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is available. State permit is required. A general admission seating area is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion. Most of the concert area is level compacted dirt landscape. For more information please call 775-463-2334.
Parking:Parking is available on site. The price for parking may vary from year to year. All parking proceeds go to a local youth group, not the Boys and Girls Clubs of Mason Valley. PARKING ALONG THE MAIN HIGHWAY IS NOT PERMITTED, AND IS SUBJECT TO ENFORCEMENT ACTION AND TOWING.
Pets: Sorry no pets allowed into the festival.
Rain or Shine: A Night in the Country is a rain or shine event. Artists and times are subject to change. All sales are final, NO refunds, exchanges or returns. Night in the Country Music Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or passes.
Re-Entry Lines: Please keep in mind that long lines form prior to the shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long lineup. Gate opening times TBA. If leaving the festival please be advised that there may be long re-entry lines. Please plan accordingly.
Restrooms: Portable facilities are readily available on the site. There are hand-washing facilities available. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event.
Search: For the safety of all our patrons there will be a bag/container search conducted at the front gate. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.
Seating: Chairs are provided in the Golden Circle and Box Seat areas only. General Admission ticket holders can bring their own lawn chairs. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are acceptable. No lounge chairs are allowed. No foot-rest style chairs. No blanket seating is allowed.
VIP Reserved Seating: Chairs are provided by us. Everyone in the reserved seating areas regardless of age must have a wrist band and the appropriate stamp. No exceptions will be made for small children.
Water: Cold bottled water is for sale at the event.
ATM: ATM machines are available on site. Don’t let the lack of cash spoil your weekend.
Security: Security personnel are on duty around the clock for the entire weekend. Your full cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated. In the event of a problem, look for either a uniformed Police Officer or Night in the Country Music Festival T-shirt Event Staff Security for assistance.

All persons attending The Night in the Country Music Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.

No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area of the festival.

Personal ATV’s and similar devices are prohibited.

No checks are accepted at the festival.

No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the festival grounds.

Designate a driver! The Night in the Country Music Festival supports the Designated Driver concept. We urge you to decide before your visit to the Festival who will be the designated driver for your group. PLEASE DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE.

Umbrellas may be used between performances only. They must be taken down during any stage performance.

These rules have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our guests and to promote safety. We ask all of our guests to respect the rights and privacy of others. Thank you and have fun.
